我10天仅有内抄到铁底的2个单子被FXCM放了鸽子！

Resolution:  At the time of the audit, the client has 2 outstanding orders.  1 for a 100k lot of USD/JPY for 82.855, and the 2nd for 5 lot USOil for 86.88.  After review of the USD/JPY trade, the lowest price since the order was created was 82.858, which is 0.3 pips from triggering the clients open.  In regards to the USOil trade, this was set as a LE, and the lowest price was 86.86.  On lImit entries, it is your predetermined amount or better, and is subject to liquidity.  The price was valid for less than a second, and was not triggered to open as the market moved outside of the clients amount

第一桩中他说的86.858最低价不是事实，当时客服都承认报价已触及我的多单，分笔成交图清楚显示。

就这样，我的狗屎运栽在了更狗屎的FXCM手上了，我请教论坛中的专家高手有没有制裁手段？
