[汇商评价] 赢透

北京时间2013年5月15日19点57分40秒市价买镑美150k成功,同时下止损市价单1.51890卖镑美150K。北京时间20点03分26秒止损单成交在1.51812,滑点7.8点,造成损失117美元。当时没有重要数据。
    当日22时45分47秒通过账户管理-支持-信息中心请求退还,5月20日北京时间凌晨5时16分40秒回复了如下内容:
    Dear Mr. Guo,

Interactive Brokers LLC (IB) has received your complaint. Currently, we are reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding the matter. Upon completion of our review, IB will provide you with a written response describing any relevant findings as well as our decision should one be needed.
Please allow five to seven business days for the investigation; certain complex issues may take longer to evaluate.
If there is a question about a trade or order that impacts your market exposure, IB requests that you manage all orders, trades, and positions in your account in order to ensure that your account is not subject to unnecessary risk or fluctuations during the investigation period.

    英文不是太好,大致意思是IB已收到我的投诉,5-7个工作日内书面通知我调查处理决定,如果问题复杂,可能需要更长时间。
    超过7个工作日后,我仍然未收到任何通知。5月30日19时49分34秒,我再次通过账户管理-支持-信息中心询问超过7个工作日为什么还没回复,至今无任何回应。
    上面提及的时间均为北京时间。
    对IB的行为我不做评价,请各位自行判断。

你太武断了,我就是Weijian的客户,可是weijian知道这件事后只是告诉我想不滑点就下止损限价单。根本没有帮我解决问题的意思。

Interactive Brokers LLC received your complaint of May 15, 2013 wherein you request compensation for a delayed execution of an order to sell 150,000 GBP.USD. Upon receipt of your communication, IB reviewed this issue and provides the following response.

An order submitted at 07:57:39 ET on May 15, 2013 to sell 150,000 GBP.USD at a STOP price of 1.5189 triggered at 08:03:24 and was transmitted for execution. As the market was rapidly moving at the time the order triggered, IB continuously updated the price on the order in an effort to receive an execution. At 08:03:26 an execution was received to sell 150,000 GBP.USD at 1.51812.

While IB acknowledges a 2 second gap between the time the order triggered and the time of the execution , in a rapidly moving market such an event may occur. As the order worked as designed, IB will not offer compensation for this issue.
鸟语不行,只看懂了IB决定不赔偿我,其余的实在是看得一知半解。不能准确理解IB要表达的意思,所以我没法评价IB有没有道理,请各位自行评价吧。我只是陈述了一个客观事实,供各位在选择IB时参考。

谢谢,08:03:24触发/08:03:26执行这2秒间隔,有140多个tick,点差0.5~1.0,报价很连贯(卖价从1.5189变到1.5181,没出现0.5点以上断层)。止损指令是在服务器触发的,不应该2秒延时才成交

IB最终回复,IB understands that you disagree with the decision not to compensate the account. Unfortunately, IB's decision remains unchanged. IB's systems worked as designed once the order triggered. As such, IB will not offer compensation for this issue. 这就是IB的霸道。想投诉鸟语又不通,只能在下次再出现这种情况用脚投票了。当然,如果有人协助我一定会投诉的。各位选择IB时一定要考虑也遇到和我一样情况的可能。

主要看是否频繁发生,如果频繁,一定放弃。
