FXCM有關dbFX的聲明
自2006年起，FXCM一直與德意志銀行就提供與德意志銀行的零售外匯提供－dbFX相關的科技、系統及人員訂有設施管理協議。於4月20日，德意志銀行表示，其將出售dbFX的客戶賬戶，及退出dbFX業務。本年初，FXCM曾與德意志銀行就購買該等賬戶進行磋商。FXCM訂有有紀律的程序，以評估潛在收購事項，以及在權衡例如客戶集中性、品牌忠誠度及預計縮減情況等重要因素後釐定它們對本公司的潛在價值。經考慮此等因素後，FXCM向德意志銀行提出要約，該要約反映了我們認為是在計及到與客戶轉移一事相關的縮減情況後的該等賬戶的全部價值。

德意志銀行得以覓得一名買方，買方願意支付較高的價格，及向dbFX客戶提供將其賬戶由現有DB/FXCM平台轉移至買方平台或取消其賬戶的選擇。於5月13日(dbFX將會在此日期終止提供此服務)之前，客戶可以繼續在dbFX平台上進行交易。

來自dbFX協議的收入相當於FXCM 2010年總收入的2.3%，而2011年第一季所佔的百分比更小。自訂立協議以來，來自dbFX客戶的客戶淨值乃存放於德意志銀行，及從未納入FXCM的客戶淨值數字之中。

根據合約條款，FXCM將會協助德意志銀行結束dbFX的業務，包括按照個別賬戶持有人的指示將賬戶轉移至買方或將賬戶取消。
